PS2 Tyre Fluid is a highly efficient pressure stabiliser and tyre sealant. Designed specifically for industrial use and extreme conditions, it will keep air pressure constant for the life of the tyre and seal leaks as soon as they surface.
Tyre Fluid is a PRE-TREATMENT and is applied to the tyre BEFORE damage occurs, but it will also repair existing punctures.
This highly effective pressure-stabiliser and sealant will radically reduce downtime and guarantee more kilometres per tyre. It's an industrial tyre fluid solution that will protect your tyres from leaks, blowouts and wear and tear on the long haul, while saving you a packet in fuel costs. With PS2, tyre pressure consistency is maintained for an unlimited period and leaks are sealed as soon as they surface. It will seal punctures of 5-7mm on tubeless tyres and up to 3mm on tyres with tubes.

Correct tyre pressure is vital!
The contact patch of a tyre is about the size of a large footprint. This has to provide all the grip, propulsion, steering, braking & cornering for your vehicle. All this is done while carrying the load and providing ride comfort. Maintaining the correct tyre pressure is therefore vital!
However, leaks occur constantly and can be caused by:

How Does It Work?
Designed to be used on any tubeless & tubed pneumatic tyre, PS2 Tyre Fluid is applied through the valve-stem, after the valve-core has been removed. The quantity of product required varies according to the tyre size (refer to quantity per tyre size table). Rotation of the tyre then evenly distributes the compound around the inner surface of the tyre. When a puncture or leak occurs, the centrifugal force of the rotating tyre and internal pressure, forces the highly viscose fluid into the aperture. Special fibres contained in the compound are packed into the leak to cause a permanent seal that will last the lifespan of the tyre. Part of the solution that reaches the outside surface of the tyre oxidizes on contact with the atmosphere. In this way, a puncture that occurs while driving will seal instantly with very little loss of air. Using PS2 Tyre Fluid it is critical for maximising tyre and vehicle performance and prolonging tyre life and leads to significant savings with reduced downtime.
